1 Year Year Free Ring Sizing
Resizing is common and we provide you with a stress-free policy: we will resize your ring once for free within the first year of your purchase. All resizing will get a free complimentary polishing and cleaning and go through quality control to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and that your ring was sized accurately.
To resize your ring, simply email us at service@dreamstone.com or call us at 1-800-818-8386 and a staff member will schedule a time for you drop off your ring and get properly sized if necessary at one of our office locations. If you're not local, shipping costs are $75. We will send you prepaid FedEx label to ship your ring to us for resizing within the US and Canada and a payment link for label. All resizing include a free polishing and cleaning.
Should you require a secondary resizing or you are outside of the first year, a $50 dollar fee will apply to resizing plus the cost of shipment.
