We are happy to offer Free Fully Insured FedEx Shipping on All Orders.

Once your order is processed it goes through a thorough quality check inspection - after our final approval it is neatly packaged in our distinctive jewelry box which is further secured in a secondary protective box.

Signature Requirements

Since we insure every order to your door step, it is DreamStone's policy to have an adult signature for all orders upon delivery regardless of any waivers you may have with FedEx. These precautions ensure the safe and secure delivery of your fine jewelry. However, if you prefer to have your packaged picked up at a secure FedEx location; please call one of our customer service agents at 1-800-818-8386.

Shipping Options

All orders received fully insured 2nd Day FedEx air shipping. You'll receive an email with the FedEx tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If you would like your package held at the nearest FedEx office to your address, require expedited shipping, Saturday delivery, or if you'd like to pickup at our New York office, please contact customer service at 1-800-818-8386 or email us at service@dreamstone.com

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your chosen product. Typically, you should allow 2-3 weeks to process and package your order for shipment. DreamStone is not responsible for unexpected holiday delays or delay's with FedEx due to sever weather conditions. We're use to working with our customer's deadline, so please feel free to let us know if you need your item by a certain date and we'll do our very best to try and get it done in time.
