Lifetime Upgrade Policy - Any natural earth mined diamond purchased from DreamStone.com can be exchanged at 100% credit for any replacement natural earth mined diamond of at least 2x or greater in value. The diamond being upgraded must be natural earth mined and in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document. Any lab created diamond may also be exchanged for 100% credit towards a new lab created diamond valued at least 2x the original amount. The diamond being upgraded must be lab created and in original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document. DreamStone can also remodel most rings to accommodate the new diamond for a minimal charge.

Diamond Purchase Program - Do you have a natural earth mined diamond you would like to sell, even though you didn't purchase it from us? We can provide you with a free purchase quote on any GIA or AGS graded diamond of 1/2ct or larger. Just contact our office for details at 800-818-8386.

Your purchase will come with a complete insurance appraisal by an independent certified gemologist. The appraisal will state the retail value of your item along with all its specifications. For diamond jewelry and diamond engagement rings, the appraisal will list the cut, color, clarity, carat weight of the stone(s), and metal type. In addition, we will have your name and address printed on the appraisal.

You can give this documentation to your home owner's insurance company or independent insurance company to insure your product.

You will receive an appraisal on any:

- diamond, gemstone, pearl, gold, or platinum item priced over $100
- on any custom made diamond jewelry
- any loose diamond or engagement ring
